Jason L. Gaudy is the founder and CEO of Gaudy Law, Inc., a leading estate planning and probate law firm based in Upland, California. With over 21 years of practice and more than 4,000 trusts and 2,000 probates successfully completed, Jason has built one of the Inland Empire's most trusted and recognized legal teams. He handles estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorship, estate and trust litigation, and business formation—helping California families protect their assets and navigate complex legal processes with clarity and confidence.
Jason founded Gaudy Law in 2003 with a vision to make legal services accessible, affordable, and free from the confusion and frustration that too often define the attorney-client experience. His background as a former Assistant District Attorney with the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office—including service in the Appellate Services Unit—gave him deep courtroom and government experience that sharpens his advocacy for clients in even the most complex matters. He leads a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case managers handling nearly 500 new cases per year across Southern California.

Personal Note
Jason is a lifelong Upland/Inland Valley resident and has raised his family here. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his family through the Southwest and along California's beaches, mountains, and deserts. He is an active youth sports coach, having volunteered with AYSO and Ontario Christian Football and Soccer. His Christian faith guides every professional and personal decision he makes, and he strives to lead with humility and generosity in all things.

Experience
Jason's practice is focused in estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorship, estate and trust litigation, and business entity formation. He gained foundational litigation and appellate experience as an Assistant District Attorney with the San Bernardino County D.A.'s Appellate Services Unit. He also served as affiliated counsel with the Alliance Defense Fund and Pacific Justice Institute—giving him experience in high-stakes constitutional and public interest matters. He currently serves as a court-appointed mediator for the San Bernardino County Superior Court Probate Division and as a court-appointed 730 Evaluator. As Adjunct Professor at Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, he has also mentored the next generation of attorneys.
