Jaclyn Duque
Jaclyn Duque is the Lead Estate Planning Attorney at Gaudy Law, where she works closely with clients to design thoughtful, personalized estate plans. She guides individuals and families through the planning process by meeting with clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and making sure every plan is clear, complete, and built for long-term peace of mind.
Before joining Gaudy Law, Jaclyn supported a pharmaceutical company’s legal team as an analyst. During law school, her focus was on estate planning and probate and completed an internship with an estate planning firm—experience that sharpened her ability to anticipate real-world needs and draft plans that address a wide range of future possibilities.
Jaclyn is driven by a simple goal: to make a positive impact on every person she works with. Whether she’s simplifying legal language, staying available to answer questions throughout the process, or building in protections for “what if” scenarios, she’s committed to helping clients feel informed, confident, and cared for.
Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving as a Girl Scout leader, reading, and crafting. Her favorite books include Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver, The Four Winds by Kristin Hannah, and The Island of Sea Women by Lisa See.
